My poor girl has been sick for a few days and I think I have what she has narrowed down. The vet gave me Clindamycin Hydrochloride Oral Drops because that is all he has right now. I live in a super small town so I am limited.

It depends on what bacteria is causing the enteritis. Clostridium perfringens is one that can be treated with quite a few antibiotics, such as Tylan, amoxicillin, bacitracin, and others. If your vet can do a culture and sensitivity on the bacteria, it would help in identifying which antibiotics to use, or they could tell you if clindamycin would work.
