Could either of these be half welsummer?

I have a couple mixed breed pullets (15 weeks old) and I'd really like to know if either one could be half welsummer. Unfortunately, a friend of mine hatched these in her incubator so I didn't see which chicks came from which eggs. I have 2 icelandic mix roosters (one red and one white) and one easter egger rooster so those are the possible male half of the genetics. The first one has a tuft on her head so she is clearly from an icelandic roo. I am thinking these two have either hatched from a welsummer, easter egger, or production red egg. Thoughts?

Both have what look to be blue legs, so that is a factor. On the first one, if one or both of the Icelandics have blue legs then it is possible the Welsummer is the mother. The second one is probably the daughter of the production red.

Here are pics of the icelandic roos. No blue legs, does that change things? Does that mean the first one has EE mother?

I think the red Icelandic is the father of both and the Easter egger is probably the mother of both. Especially if she has typical EE coloring (similar to Welsummer pullets) and blue or green or dark legs. That's my take. But, on the plus side, they are both pullets!
