sos what sex is my chicken

First time chicken lady and I hatched these chickens in my classroom as part of an embryology unit! I am so excited to learn more but have no clue how to identify their sex. They are exactly 14 weeks 1 day old...

All black I believe is sex link

Gray/black is silkie

Orange/brown is silkie

I think the black one is a pullet and the two silkies are cockerels. I am judging the silkies by color pattern since I can't see the combs.
