Could I Please Have Some Help - Im A Relatively New "mom" Of 15 Birds

COULD I PLEASE HAVE SOME HELP - IM A RELATIVELY NEW "MOM" OF 15 BIRDS. My rooster - a 3-5 yr old americana was fine up til a month ago when he lost neck feathers on one side - underneath his neck was red. I checked for mites at that time, saw none. I watched the birds - he and the little banty do sort of fight but more when they get in one anothers way and since the banty is much smaller, he normally gets the raw end. Anyway, back to Oreo - the big rooster with the problems. Today I noticed blood on his left leg, I went into their pen, cornered and picked him up and proceeded to see the same red of his neck expanded and now is on his breast bone and going down the leg which has the bleeding scales. other than the physical ugliness of his skin condition and bleeding scales on his leg, oreo's appetite is fine, h2o consumption is fine, and him doing his chicken nasty on the hens - he appers ok.
