They all stare each other down chase each other but Penny seems to be the more dominant well i dont know yet Lilo doesnt seem to stand down so easy my 2 that I suspect are roos

5 weeks old? There's a strong possibility that both are cockerels.

A close-up showing the comb and wattles could help. A profile showing the legs and posture could help. Five weeks is probably old enough to tell.

From what I can see with those photos those combs look like they could be male.
