They all stare each other down chase each other but Penny seems to be the more dominant well i dont know yet Lilo doesnt seem to stand down so easy my 2 that I suspect are roos

5 weeks old? There's a strong possibility that both are cockerels.
I am afraid you are right they both have the biggest combs but Penny is red and has red waddles coming out...Lilo is a pale color with no waddles. Here is Penny a week ago.

From what I can see with those photos those combs look like they could be male.
Thanks I knew i should've googled it first'Wattles' not 'waddles'. Ducks waddle - chickens have wattles.
