Could I sell a pellet gun on the BST acution area?

I have a nice Diana (german made) model 34 pellet gun with a Daisy scope, missing front sight. Was wondering if it was okay to list it for sale. Not sure if it was suitable for family friendly site, but lot of people here need predator control, so it is relevant content... just looking for thumbs up or down BEFORE I try to list something like that.

Selling guns potentially across state lines is probably illegal and that is the reason we don't allow it.

Don't sell on Craigslist either. Selling guns online is apparently a huge no-no. They have taken guns off of walmart.com (other than low-powered ones). So be REALLY careful!

Selling guns across state lines is NOT illegal. However, there are some pretty confusing and strict laws about firearms sales so it's easier for online selling sites to simply not allow it. (not too mention that guns are so politically incorrect nowadays)

There are plenty of online gun sale services. Do a google search or you can pm me for some suggestions. (btw, how much do you want for your pellet gun?)
