You don't need a harness as much as you need a swine cane and to learn how to use it. .As I have mentioned before, if you look on youtube you should be able to find some videos on swine showmanship. They will show you how to get that pig to move. If you can't get a cane a good stout stick of an appropriate length will do. Of course both the pig and your parents may think enforced exercise is cruel and unusual punishment. However, if something isn't done, the problem may take care of itself before long. The pig will die or get to where he cannot move at all. I am truly sorry for the situation you find yourself in. Maybe look up the Serenity Prayer. It helps me when I find myself banging my head against the wall.

thanks for the kind words! i watched some videos of swine showmanship and it doesnt seem to hurt the pig. they seem to be mostly touching the pigs face. again, thanks!

The pig does not need a harness. It needs a diet and exercise. I personally would consult a vet at this point or find a home for it that will. I see no evidence of weight loss if it now can't even see due to the massive amounts of fat covering it's eyes.

You're worried about it's eyes? Help it lose weight. Want it to move more? Help it lose weight. Every single issue this pig has is due to it being morbidly obese.

I understand that this is not your responsibility. However if you're in charge of feeding him, you need to be the one to step up and make sure he's sticking to a diet. We are trying to help you as much as we can through the internet. You have to do the work on your end though to help him.

yes i know it goes into my parents hands but they dont care. they wont let me do anything about it, i would bring it to a vet but i dont have that kind of money, and by now i know the parents wont. hes just let all of the stress of moving off his shoulders and just got cumfy were he is now, i cant rehome, or he might die of stress, and you cant really fix a pig dieing from stress.

ok 20 mins tillfeeding time so ya, then my parents told me the i cant feed 1 cupp anymore... they asked what will i do if i starve it? would he be starved if i feed 1 cup of food each meal? he has two meals a day...
