i was looking at my pot belly pig and saw he ran into a rake and shovel... i started to look at his eyes, theres either no ey or its just shut, is he blind? is this just fat around the eye it is it a eye socket? i cant get any pic right know, i will tomarow tho.

If potbellies get too fat they can build up so much fat around the eyes so that the eyes are invisible.

You'd have to test the eyes. You'll have to try to fold the fat back and then hold your hand flat and parallel to the ground and move it toward the eye to see if you get a reaction. If you hold your hand parallel to the pig's face it may just react to the movement of air. Either way, if there's that much fat the pig needs to be put on a diet. It's just not good for him.

No. Sometimes pigs, like Landrace or Large Blacks have very large ears that flop over their eyes. They can't see, or see very well, either.
