Not always. I have a hen with three rows on hers.
With the males, the rows are more prominent.

No, I have a pullet with a 3 row comb. The color and size is suspicious though.

Saddle and hackle feathers are not pointy yet. My vote is pullet but time will tell. Post if it becomes more obvious (crow or egg!).

It’s only six weeks. Saddles don’t come in till around 12-14.

Round dumpy body shape, pale orange comb though pea combs and EEs/ Americaunas are hard. And he or she is quite young yet.
