Could it be Ascites?

So I noticed my duck this morning has a big lump on her abdomen area. I thought she might be egg bound but I felt it and it’s squishy and now I’m thinking it could be Ascites. She hasn’t laid an egg in about 2ish weeks. She’s about 2 1/2 yrs old. How do you treat it? Help!
