Could it be the start of an impacted crop?

Some of the vitamins/electrolytes have sugar in them thats why I suggested checking. You dont need to add sugar to sour crop on encourages the bacteria to grow. Im glad she is doing better.

Still trying to figure this out. Been feeding her greek style yogurt with the live probiotics. Her crop just keeps ballooning up. Today I made her puke. I felt bad doing it but she seem to feel a little better afterwards. She has been pooping a lot more today, which I am hoping is a good sign. I also have added some fresh garlic to her diet this morning, not sure but about 30 minutes after that is when the major change came. Her comb n waddles seem to brighten up more. I am really hoping she is on the mend and this is not just my wishfully thinking or imagination.

She still is not emptying her crop all the way at night. It's really not even close to empty. Today I made her puke again and I got a piece of hay/straw the was about a foot long. She hasnt been outside able to eat anything that long since before the 20th of December so it has been in her crop for at least 19 days. She has only been having soft foods yogurt, pellets soaked in water til mush then watered down more, runny oatmeal, runny ground flax seed (only kind of flax I have) She is still pooping runny poop so I know something is getting through. I have seen the flax seed in her poop. I feel so bad for her, but at the same time she is being pampered she get warm baths and it hand feed and held. she seems to be holding off her maturing sexually because her comb and waddle are still small compared to her sisters who have been laying now for 3 weeks. I am too scared to do the surgery on her and don't know of a vet around here that knows much about chickens.
