could my geese and ducks be raised together

the only thing i dont appreciate about the geese is that they occasionally peck one of the ducks, but the problem is the duck doesnt really care and it pecks it until it leaves or just when its tired of pecking.
is it an attack or just hey I'm feeling of you? since they don't have hands it's the only way they can feel something, and ducks/geese are nibblers.

one died but im not sure why. it could have been sickness or a goose accidently running it over. either way the geese have one more chance. the truth is actually the geese when they step on the ducks lightly its on accident and they try to get off of them asap. im sort of sad but also i ordered 10 and ended up with 10 so i am ok with this.

I'm sorry to hear you lost one of the ducklings, how big is your brooder it may not be large enough to give everyone enough room, and how are you feeding with as many as you have they probably need more than one feeder and water er, or some may not be getting to the food, and are you checking your heat inside the brooder? a thermometer would be a good idea to help keep track of temps in the brooder, the digital kind. Just trying to help you save anymore that might need help. Gosling are kinda clumsy when young so most likely if one of the ducklings got trampled it was accidental.

it is big enough. half of it is completely unused. there is a small circular feeder and a long skinny feeder so thats not the problem there. the water is ok. im thinking it was just some accidental trampling or something along that line. the geese and the ducks still are good friends.
