Click "uploads" in the blue bar on top.
A box will open, towards the bottom, click on "all my uploads"
Everything you have saved on here should pop up.
If nothing is saved, or, if you want to add more, click the "browse" next to the empty box on the left.
That will go into your computers saved pics, click on what you want, hit submit.
Then, right click on "cut"
Oh crap...you have an idiot trying to tell you how to do this.....
you need 2 screens open, one that is previously open after you hit reply, the one you want to add the pic to,
and the second is the picture upload screen.
Go back to the first screen, and right click again "paste"

I have figured this part out, but trying to tell you to do it...
We need a toddler here to straighten this out....anyone?
I hope you get something good out of this, sorry if I made your head hurt...
