What might the symptoms be?

I just read that if a draining goes wrong, a hen's intestine could be punctured...

No, I took her to an experienced vet. But when I called the vet's office today, he wasn't in. I ran the symptoms past his colleague, and the colleague said that something could have gone wrong with the draining. He mentioned that the other vet is highly skilled, but sometimes things do go wrong. I've been researching online what can go wrong, and that is what I found-- a punctured intestine. Her crop is filled with water and she can't seem to poop well. Just a little, runny poop comes out. She's been eating less and less each day since I took her for the draining and hormone implant on January 5. She didn't have any of these symptoms before the draining and implant. I got her to eat 5 mealworms tonight, but she regurgitated the last one, with fluid. She stands around in a hunched position. She will walk around a little bit. She drank a little bit of water this morning, but I don't think things are digesting.

The colleague said for me to bring her in tomorrow morning for antibiotics. I fear she's at her end.
