Could my pullet be a roo??

Could she be a roo? She is 10+weeks she doesnt have a comb or wattles but that area is very red, she has also been making some noise (not like a crow but maybe shes practicing?)
I was told she was a hen and I already have one roo (the guy in the pic with her)

So I’m still trying to understand how to sex chicks. What is it you are seeing that tells you that’s a cockerel? Doesn’t look like a lot of comb and waddle development to me. Are there saddle feathers I’m not picking up on? Just questions to educate myself. Thanks.

The pattern, mostly. It’s an EE, so not much wattles or comb. Still red though.
