I have to give credit where due - these came from the Pioneer Woman blog

Take a box of Club crackers (I used the whole grain ones)

Put about a teaspoon of grated parmesan or brown sugar on each cracker

Wrap 1/2 a slice of thin-sliced bacon around the cracker & topping
Wrap securely so the bacon covers the filling

Place wrapped crackers on a rack set in a baking pan or cookie sheet (MUST have sides!)

Bake at 250F for 2 hours

Try to stop yourself eating every last cracker

Sounds great!
Do you wrap the entire cracker up? Or just like around the center? Wont the cracker burn if any edges are showing?
Take a pic and show me how they look...
