I have to give credit where due - these came from the Pioneer Woman blog
Take a box of Club crackers (I used the whole grain ones)
Put about a teaspoon of grated parmesan or brown sugar on each cracker
Wrap 1/2 a slice of thin-sliced bacon around the cracker & topping
Wrap securely so the bacon covers the filling
Place wrapped crackers on a rack set in a baking pan or cookie sheet (MUST have sides!)
Bake at 250F for 2 hours
Try to stop yourself eating every last cracker
