Could Rooster Cogburn turn out to be a hen???

I have to roosters Whitey Ford & Rooster Cogburn but for some reason Whiteys comb and wattles are bigger. They are both 8 weeks old tell me what yall think. Rooster Cogburn is the brown one lol.

Those are pretty red comb and wattles for 8wks. I would guess roo on both.

my pullets combs and waddles werent even that big at 22 weeks. those are roosters
