Could she be a frizzle?

I have a two week old blue Cochin bantam that I purchased from Murdoch's (they purchase from McMurrays Hatchery). Her feathers are growing in and they seem pretty frizzle-like to me. What do you guys think?

Yeah. Both of my bantam blue Cochins have that amount of feathering...

After another week (and a LOT more feathering) the curly feathers have calmed down. She is going to be a GORGEOUS bird. Can't wait to see her completely feathered out!
