Look's like a hatchery type Wyandotte Rooster, as for age it is hard to say, nutrition and environment can play a big role on how old a bird looks.
With that said I would say at best 2-3 months.

If it came from a hatchery, my guess is Wyandotte. First thought was poorly marked silver laced, but I'm not sure how silver pencilled feather out, if this could be a stage of that.

Looks like a hatchery Silver Laced or Silver Penciled Wyandotte.

I'm thinking that its a Silver-Laced Wyandotte. Though, Silver Penciled is still a possiblity.
