Cockerels are narrow and straight?? Pullets fluff out?? Which one forms a 'v'? What do they look like?

I've never heard of what you are saying. Pullets are the females, cockrels the males. Each breed will feather out differently.

Roos will have saddle feathers. These droop down right at the base of the tail, and are pointy(unless you have a hen-feathered breed). Their tails are generally larger, are pointed at the end, and curve up. In many breeds, they will also be glossier.

Okay, say the chicks are easter eggers and are 4-5 weeks old. Would the males have narrow tail feathers? Would the females have fluffy tails?

Sorry no idea I go by the colors and comb for EE's. I've never heard of going by feathers except when they are a couple days old or full grown. When they are around 4-5 weeks old they grow at such different rates I wouldnt think feather sexing would be accurate or that the tails would be feathered our universally amongst pullets vs cockrels.
