Could someone show me pictures of a healthy chicken feet vs mild scaly mite feet?

Im having some confusion with this haha. I know that when chicken feet scale starts lifting up, for sure there are mites in there. Although...arent the scales on chicken feet usually a teeny tiny bit raised? idk lol im just confused and being paranoid. Sorry for this post!

That's a good question. I now know what scary bad scaly mites look like but the first signs I'm not so sure about.

Can I also hijack with a related question. What will happen if it is never treated?

Ugh. Really? My boss' chooks have it bad and I've brought it up twice now and he still hasn't done anything.

I'm curious like the OP of the first signs after seeing how awful it can get. Don't want that happening to mine.
