New chicken keeper here.
So most of my flocks are pellet and layer food ready. But I have boys so I'm going the all flock feed route with supplemental calcium.
I have locally available 50 lbs. bags of both Kalmbach Flock Maker pellets and Tucker Milling Show Flock Developer mini pellets. Both are similarly priced and both have comparable nutrients.

My review:
I prefer Tucker Milling. My birds tend to somehow turn the Kalmbach pellets into fine crumble while they eat the TM mini pellets whole and very little is left behind. And the TM smells better to the human keeper.
And here's the real tell: when I pour in new TM mini pellets my JG cockerels sound the food alarm. They don't do that with the Kalmbach.
Just one man's anecdotal experience.
