Could these eggs still hatch?

Can some one help me my fan in my mini incubator is not working it still hot and moisture is ok and still at 38.0 will my eggs be ok

I don't have any incubator experience, but I know not all incubators have a fan. How far along are your eggs? If you don't get an answer on this thread, you could post your own if you need answers today. This one's been a little slow.

The eggs are 8 days in and the fan has been working all this time but I just seen today when I check them and rotated them it wasn't working so I'm just hoping it didn't slow the process or when the process of the eggs so far I seen good veins and good looks good so far with the eggs but I just I don't know what the hell happened

I hope someone knows whether you can still use it, or not. Are you handy with electronics, or know someone who is? You might try searching the forums for threads on incubator fans. I bet there's something there.
