Could this air cell be a problem?

Day 11, freshly collected and set eggs from my flock. The eggs didn't sit around, all were laid 1-2 days before being set in incubator. The chick inside appears to be fine.

Incubator- Maticoopx 20.

Eggs in after market trays (the green things in incubator picture) from Etsy, pointy side down. Other eggs look fine. Could this be a problem at hatch time?

I’ve hatched an egg or two with no air cell (home raised, candled throughout, just didn’t have one). Probably just a fluke, assuming no other internal defects it should hatch fine (maybe slightly higher chance of chick death, similar to hatching backwards but not dramatically different). If there are other issues obviously they will be an issue!
