Could this be a Cuckoo Maran?

I got this bird in a Fancy Feathered Assortment which consist of the rare and unusual . I thought it was a barred Rock (which is certainly not rare or unusual until I noticed the color of it's legs, then I thought it was a Dominique but once again the leg color was wrong. What do ya think?

Thanks in advance! Oh, and it is 9 weeks old and has a single comb.

My cockerel looked a lot like this one. My hen Cuckoo Marans is much darker and not as evident barring.
