funny but she looks exactly like one of my EE hens who also has a very long tail. One of the baby chicks I got looks like that too although she was supposed to be a Red rock?. Black sex link? Her other two roommates are still black but starting to turn red breasted.

Absolutely a pullet. Now be prepared as she becomes ready to lay her comb will become enlarged and bright red. She will still be a pullet. Leghorn hens have very large, floppy, showy combs. Pullet, pullet, pullet-bet the ranch on it.
