Could this be a roo??

Could this possibly be a roo? We have 4, and the others have solid black faces with hardly any comb, while this little one looks like this. They're 3 weeks.

I would say Roo as its pretty young to have that bright of a comb, but I'm not an expert.

I'm thinking so too.. just sucks since we're in a subdivision and I know my neighbors will not be happy. We got them at Rural King marked as pullets.. :-/
