Both are girls. They have completely hen type of feathering. A boy at this age would have lots of extremely shiny like glass and super pointy feathers all over the neck and backs with more tail feathers with a strong curve to them. If one has consistently redder face, it just means she is probably closer to laying her first egg than the other.
