Could this be a tumor or cyst?

Does sound like a tumor. A friend of mine recently had this happen to one of her hens and it was several tumors in there...I'll see if I can find the pics.

I sure hope they didn't eat her. I'd be really scared to eat something like that. That's soooo sad to because you KNOW she had to be suffering big time with all that pressure inside her.

It was my hen. I hadnt had her long. She was doing good & everything until I came home one day and she was laying in the corner of the pen not moving. My first thought was she must be egg bound but after a closer look it didnt look like that. She past shortly after. I did cut her open to see. What I found was a big mass. I cut the mass in half & it was just that a big mass. Im assuming a tumor.
