Could this be sex-linked?

We are hatching eggs in my classroom that will eventually join my home flock.

I have 4 EE hens, an EE rooster, 4 Dominiques, and a chicken mutt that probably has some kind of EE in her because she has grayish green legs but lays brown eggs in my home flock. From that flock we had 5 eggs develop to hatching (one is still hatching now but 4 have hatched). There were 4 brown eggs and 1 green egg. The green egg hatched what looks like an EE chick, one of the brown eggs hatched what looks like an EE chick and then two eggs hatched with similar looking chicks - both chicks are black one has a white dot on its head and one has no dot. I'm assuming those are the Dominique/EE chicks - could they be sex linked?

Far left we have the all black chick that hatched this morning from a brown egg, next to that one we have the first chick to hatch Wed from a brown egg, on the far right we have the all black one with the white spot on the head from a brown egg, and next to that one is the darker brown with lighter brown chick that came from a green egg (EE hen covered by EE rooster).

The EE male x Domi female offspring are sex linked.

Thank you! I found on article on here that said the same thing with some searching, which led to a great discussion with my class about sex-linked traits and basic chicken genetics.

Yes I know. I wrote the article. You have to remember that sex chromosomes are different in birds. Mammals are xx female and xy male. Chickens are zz male and zw female. In mammals most of the sex linked traits are carried on the x chromosome, while in birds the z chromosome carries the sex linked traits.
