Could you give up BYC?

I must say my family is considering the same thing...massive cut backs. But I have to admit, I CANNOT give up BYC...but I can go to the library and use the computers there, just not everyday. Or maybe everyday!

I probably would be able to without much of a problem. I love BYC, but years ago the old website went under a few times and I was forced to take a break. During the summer I am rarely on anyways with all that needs to be done outside.

Sure, I could. Now, giving up my chickens that would be hard. I have to thin my flock down as feed prices have gone up and now we are unemployed. The Internet is for job searches and making sales of art and photography so it stays for now. If we had to give up Internet we would use the library. We've used the library before and it's super slow but at least it's Internet.

I could not give up the internet, for a zillion reasons, not the least being BYC. Communications with friends, up to date news, nah, cant give up the internet. If I had to I would drive less, buy less groceries, give up lunch out once in a while, to save the internet.
