Countdown to chicks!

We’ll be getting 4 more(we currently have 5, one of them just died yesterday )chicks tomorrow from our local feed store but I’m very impatient! I can’t wait! This is just a countdown to when I get them. Everyone who is doing the Easter Hatch-A-Long feel free to join! I just made a new brooder for them.

Their names are going to be- Cinder, Bloom, Meadow, Sunny. I’ll let you guess the breeds when we get them

Don’t waste your time making a brooder, just ask some store If you can buy a big cardboard box for couple of dollars, better yet if it’s free. They’ll outgrow it so fast you can always add another room (another box). I used to spend all this money on big containers that were too small after 2-3 wks. They work better, I cut it up after I’m done and dispose it easy peasy.
