Countdown to Ducklings! [a Journal]

I use that as a suppemental source since I use flock raiser which has added niacin. If you are using a feed with niacin, this extra would be fine. But, if you are using a feed without added niacin, you would need another source.

If you buy it at tractor supply, you will save money vs the Amazon link you provided. I think the durvet has 22 or 24 mg of niacin, I can check my bottle to be sure. Since you would be supplementing the FR, I think your ducks will be fine.

Unfortunately there isn't a Tractor Supply anywhere near me, and the cost on their website with shipping vs Amazon's makes Amazon's cheaper for me :'(

Oh. Maybe just get brewers or nutritional yeast. They carry that even at Walmart.
I just checked the durvet. It is 22.5mg per scoop which is enough for 1 gal. The ducks do not drink that much before I change it out, so it is defintely not delivering 22.5 mg per duck.
It has worked for my muscovies, but pekins tend to need more niacin. So, if you were getting it for the niacin, just go with brewers or nutritional yeast (either at the store or ordered on amazon).

Help I'm trapped! :gig
