Easter Egger up front.

Australorp in centre, Ancona on right side, Barred rock on left side (I think - hard to see that one).

Thanks :) the Ancona might be named already...she is so funny....I think the big black one is the jersey right? It seems to be slightly larger than the rest...what about the greyish color one? The one that died was a pale yellow....I didnt expect it to be honest...I think I have picked out the rhode island as well (your pictures helped a lot btw)I will try to get a better pic but the one on the right is the greyish...

Does the big black one have a dot on it's head? Jersey Giants aren't really bigger as chicks. That's something you'll notice later on. If it has a dot on it's head, it's a barred rock.

Here is a JG chick

Yay! Two boxes of babies! Sallysec, sorry about the doa. The rest look adorable. While mine are only 11 days old, I'm really enjoying my anconas. They grew outrageously long primaries pretty much overnight. They spent a few days looking like they were carrying a folded umbrella under each arm.

On a somewhat unrelated note: My pullets finally put themselves to bed in the "big girl" coop! Hopefully no more grabbing pullets off the roof and cramming them in right after sunset. Hey, I take what I can get. :lau

They are here! Going to let them settle in while I feed my human daughter lol....pictures to follow.
One did arrive dead....honestly it looked like it had been flattened....and the ecoglow.....they all love it ..they are all nestled in under it...I showed the loudest one where it was and the rest ran for it one by one...they all got their beaks dipped....a few pecked at food...lots of poop already. Now it's silent....when I got to the post office I almost cried when I heard their first little baby chirps.
Give me a half hour for pictures !
