I cant tell you how many times this has happened to me.Our driveway used to be through 1 mile of open range. Meaning the cattle walked right over the road. But the cattle guard to our property was at the bottom of a hill, and whenever it rained it would fill up with mud and they would walk right over. I got a lot of practice working with cattle when I had to herd SOMEONE ELSE'S cattle out of MY YARD, EVERY MORNING. I'm just glad no one could see me out at 7 am in my PJs waving my arms and yelling "HUP COW! HHHHUUUP COW!!!!!!!! COME ON MAMAS! MOVE IT!!!!!I WANT TO GET MY COFFEE THIS MORNING!!!". I think I have a picture of one by the VW actually.............Only once did they cause any damage, usually they just grazed our pasture right along with the goats. They did almost kill a chick, but that was just a nasty accident......
