County wants me to remove my ducks

Alright, I didn't want to update this until it was all done but now it is. After months, hundreds of dollars, and an absurd amount of stressing, and several doctors notes I was finally approved to keep the ducks.
The process involved a lot of money and a lot of time just waiting, but basically I had a court hearing on Monday, talked to a council of 7 old men, and today after months of stressing I finally got a letter in the mail saying I am approved. I am so happy to have this over with, I haven't been so active on this forum lately because I have just been so stressed and not been myself because of it for the past few months.
Thank you everyone for your kind wishes I am ecstatic to finally be done with this.
I'm very happy to hear it!!

Congratulations! Wishing you and your birds the best! I hope you were allowed to keep the nice coop you made.It only needs a few vents and lighting to be a perfect coop!
Yes thank you, I was able to keep it but I did end up having to cut it down from 8.5 feet to 6 feet to abide by the code

Glad you were able to keep the ducks!
I'm late chiming in here, but regarding that support animal "registry" you paid for- there is no such thing. There are multiple predatory companies online that claim to be, but none of them are accredited in any official capacity- note that every site for this is .org or .com, it would have to be .gov to be legit. Doctors notes are required for ESAs (which a duck can be)/ and Service Animals (which a duck cannot be, and have many more protections than ESAs), a registry is not.
I'd try to get your $ back from that if you can...

It might not be a .gov but there absolutely is a registry. They connected me with a psychologist to talk to and get me certified with the doctors note, and they provide legal support all of which ended up being absolutely essential to me being able to keep my ducks.
