Couple of quick questions about Spraddle leg?

I have a chick that hatched (light Brahma) Friday very early in the morning. Left in bator 24 hours.. but I noticed she wasn't getting around well and I left her in until Sunday morning as a few others were hatching just to give her a bit of time to get her footing. When we moved her we realized we're pretty sure it is spraddle leg. But only one leg (that IS possible right?).

We tried to tape (bandaid) it (as the link instructed) right away and we kept her in the brooder with the other 6 chicks but we safely separated her with wire so that they can't get to her.
The tape was not working. She was not able to stand at all and kept falling on her back and not able to get back over because of the tape.
so we took it off after a few hours and decided to see how she did.

Bad idea. It seemed to get worse. She wouldn't bend it at all (and in the first 24 hours she was).
so early this morning I taped her again. She is absolutely miserable.
She can stand but the minute she tries to move she topples over.
I bring her to her water every hour or so and she is drinking a little bit. She'll eat if I put it right in front of her. She wants to be with the other chicks so she lays by the wire as close as possible to them.. but then they pecked her through it a few times and got her nose

I am including a picture but it is only of her with the tape because I don't want to remove it.
My questions ...

How treatable is spraddle leg?

Is it normal to have it happen to just one leg?

How long will it take before she is standing well on her own (assuming this works) and I can remove the bandaid.

How much poop should I be seeing in her area (gated off area of brooder) to tell me she is eating and drinking enough?

Would she benefit from sugar in her water?

I am seeing her put some weight on it now which is great.
But I'm just not sure how many days it should take before the tape/bandaid should come off or when her healing has gone as far as it will go.
