Cournix quail eggs lock down ?

today is day 14 after candling eggs 16 left. now I can't open it at all right ? what about after they hatch ? how long do I wait leaving them in there to see if the others are coming ?

I'm still just a newbie, but have hatched one batch of coturnix. I lock down on day 14 and let them sit. mine didn't start hatching til day 16 and finished out on day 18. Good luck
