Coutrnix loosing all their back feathers...why?

new to the quail raising world and have some just about ready to start laying, got them sexed,1 rooster with 4 hens, only thing is all the quail are loosing the feathers off their back. dont know if they are pecking them out or what, dont see it happening. any ideas on the cause or treatment would be appreciated.

it is probably because of the rooh mating with them to much it messes up their back feathers he gets of hold of the back feathers with his feat trying to get a grip on them

there is more feather loss to the hens when they don't "cooperate" with the roo...
