I have one that I use for a nestbox. They like it.

Empty cat litter pails have been our nesting boxes for
a long time..and the eggs dont roll
out because of the lip in front
of the lid. I also shop the yard sales for metal deep baking pans great for making feeders.

hi,
im using 3 plastic baskets used in the supermarkets. just cut one side off & put 3 of them next to each other, easy to remove to clean & fill back up with shredded paper.

I used an old bookcase and extra large through away roasting pans that I just clean and rotate. So I do not have to wait for them to dry.

I'm using a file crate that I bought at Walmart for $2.50. I just cut the sides down a bit for an entrance, but left enough so the straw stays in place.

This is how handy the covered litter boxes can be... I had to move her to this as she was sitting because I had a dutch that kept sneakin and laying eggs behind her in the regular nestbox.
