Hi all,
My ladies are now old enough to be in the coop/run. My issue is that I can not seem to find a covered feeder! I didn't think that it would be so difficult to find. What do you all use? my main goal would be to stop rain from spoiling the food. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

Hi Tammy

I wonder if you couldn't construct a cone shaped piece made of flexible plastic. I am thinking of the kind of cones they put on dogs to keep them from biting and licking after surgeries. Something that would fit over the top much like a squirrel cone on a bird feeder. It would act like a little umbrella device and your girls should have enough room to get their heads under.

Do a Google image search for "range feeder".

Thanks for the great ideas! I think I will go out and find a funnel :)
