Covered run or not?

DAWN419- I like your fencing/coop. Bending the chicken wire over the top making a tunnel like shape is a good idea . I never thought about doing it that way. And it also looks tall enough for one to stand in as well. And it looks large enough that the birds have some space. Ty for posting that pic.

Depends on how much attention the chickens (or any one among them, like maybe an alert roo) are paying.

, and b) they didn't have to worry about the last two items in Shoot Shovel and Shut-up, so there were not necessar8ily as many predators around farms.

I think if you make a nice run your chickens can lead happy little chicken lives inside it, even though yes chickens can also lead happy little chicken lives free-ranging til something gets 'em.
