I never like to completely finish a one project before starting another...
So with my barn not quite done I decided to order 20 chicks... now I'm building a coop to somewhat match to the barn.

The coop is 8' x 10' will be solar powered, auto coop door, LED lighting, 5 nest boxes etc...
Now I need a break in the weather so I can get it finished.
20 chicks shipping on 18 Feb... looks like they'll be in a brooder in my shop for starters...

And the CowTown Coop continues... it better too because 22 day old chicks showed up on 19 Feb...

I bet your chicks are growing like weeds. LOL When the weather warms enough, those lil chicks will be ready to slip into henhouse from the brooder.
Such a beautiful coop. Are you possibly going to put some windows in to increase daylight inside?? Also some vents?? I know you are not finished yet. It looks to be very predator proof.
