I'm SO sorry you're having to deal with this! We had a similar issue with foxes when we first moved in 20+ years ago so I can say that, with long-term, consistent predator deterrents, things should improve. Your best and safest option is to stop free-ranging. A sturdy coop and covered run with an electric netting fence around the base should resolve your issue ... and lower your stress level.
