Coyote troubles

Good morning to all BYC Lovers.
Here in Estern NC Wildlife has bring in Red Wolf, Coyotes, and Trmber radelers in our eara,, well I learned very quickly as the same with all the other small farmers that coyotes are hard to keep out. And if it's not for the coyotes, it's people trying to steel chickens.
My chickens are free range at day and I lock them behind lock and key at night and I have camera's up, that has stopped the two legged coyotes so far. As far as the four leaded ones, I put up an out door firelight on a sincere, at 15 feet the light comes on. For the last three years we have had no problems, we have seen them on camera, but not problems thus far.

A 556 full metal jacket works for me for the yotes. The timber rattlers I use something sharp and they go in a frying pan.

I haven't *seen* coyotes, but I hear them all the time.
