Cozy Coop Heater?

Does anyone have any experience with this? How it compares to the Mama Heating Pad heating blanket?

Vertical surface not comparable to a horizontal one.
....and I would not use that heater in a horizontal orientation as the back of it is not meant to be pooped on.
