Crab apple jelly?

Anyone have any tips or great recipes for crab apple jelly? A friend is offering my tons and I have heard the jelly is good....I saw one recipe that said "strain mixture through jelly bag". What is that? Cheese cloth? Can I use something else? Thanks!

Oh- thank you so much. I think I will look for the gadget at Walmart. I don't see myself being patient enough to wait for it to drip through without squeezing!!! I appreciate your help! Jelly here I come...
