Cracked Beak!

Hi, a few days ago I noticed my barred rock had a little crack in her beak. I thought maybe it was just little one and it wouldn’t matter. Then, a few days later, the crack got bigger. I don’t know what I should do!Do I take off the cracked part? Does their beak grow back? Some tips would be nice.Thanks in advance!

Okay thanks! That’s reassuring! But if it falls of, will it grow back!

Beak grows slowly from the back to the front - yes it will regrow. Production birds whose beaks have been clipped/cauterized do not regrow upper beaks because of damage to the quick.
 
I haven’t clipped her beak so it’ll grow back. I think it fell of because, she hit or something. Thanks for the info!
