Cracked egg 3 days before due

I accidently cracked an egg when I was turning them the last time before lock down. I think I heard a little cherp. What do I do? Is there any thing I can do???

I would not wax or seal the egg shut now because it's almost ready to hatch if you heard peeps. If the crack on the egg isn't on the fat end where the air cell is then maybe I would poke a small hole on that end (fat end). I would also wrap the cracked part of the egg in a damp paper towel. You may have to help the chick out of the egg, but don't rush him. He may not be ready.

I cracked it bad. There is a small area no shell. white showing no signs of blood or anything. I will wrap in a most paper towel and see what happens. ugh I hope its ok.

Eek that membrane looks dry. Wrap it up in a damp paper towel and put it back in the incubator.
